Exploiting regional instability and a total internet blackout, the regime has transformed the cities of Al-Ahwaz into military zones.

Geographic Scope of Violations

Field reports confirm a wave of arbitrary arrests and immediate field executions in the following cities:

• Al-Ahwaz Capital, Mohammerah, and Abadan.

• Fallahiyah(Shadeghan), Ramuz, and Susa.

These operations follow direct orders from high-ranking security officials under the slogan "No Mercy," threatening detainees with "Desert Trials" that lack any legal basis or international judicial standards.

Information Blockade and Fabricated Charges

The A.O.H.R condemns the fabrication of charges such as "communicating with foreign entities" while the region is under a total communication blockade. These practices represent a flagrant violation of:

• Articles 6 and 9 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
