The Alahwazi Organization for Human Rights (A.O.H.R) strongly condemns the surge in arbitrary arrests, violent dawn raids, and torture carried out by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Intelligence and security forces against Ahwazi Arab citizens. A.O.H.R documents three cases of severe rights violations:
* Arrest of Three Shawardi Brothers in Fallahiyeh:
At dawn on August 10, IRGC Intelligence forces raided a home in central Fallahiyeh, arresting three Sunni brothers: Jihad Shawardi (40), Baqir Shawardi (28), and Fouad Shawardi (26), transferring them to an undisclosed location.
* Detention of Milad Heidari in Al-Mash'ali, Ahwaz:
On August 14, Intelligence agents arrested Milad Heidari (27, married) at his home in the Al-Mash'ali district of Ahwaz, targeting him based on his religious affiliation.
* Torture and Trial of Jassim Khasraji in Ahwaz:
Jassim Khasraji (Chenani) (38, father of three, resident of Seyyed Karim / Ain 2 district in Ahwaz), arrested in March by Cyber Police (FATA), was subjected to physical and mental torture in Intelligence detention to extract forced confessions. He was subsequently transferred to Ward 5 of Sheiban Prison and tried before the Ahwaz Revolutionary Court on charges of "acting against national security."

* Article 7: Strict prohibition of torture or cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.
* Article 9: Absolute prohibition of arbitrary arrest and detention.
* Article 14: Right to a fair trial and exclusion of coerced confessions.
* Article 18: Protection of freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.
* International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance:
* Articles 1 & 2: Criminalization of withholding detainees' whereabouts.
* UN Convention Against Torture (CAT):
* Articles 2 & 15: Invalidation of confessions obtained through coercion and torture.
A.O.H.R demands the immediate, unconditional release of all detainees and an international investigation into these systematic abuses.
