Strongly-Worded Legal Statement: Condemnation of the Demolition of an Ahwazi Citizen's Home in Amidiyeh and Denunciation of Settler-Colonial Racist Rhetoric

The Alahwazi Organization for Human Rights (A.O.H.R) forcefully condemns the unlawful demolition of a home belonging to an Ahwazi Arab citizen (a former displaced person from Abadan) by municipal authorities in Amidiyeh, executed under the cover of military conflict and media blockades.
This human rights violation was exacerbated by overtly racist and hostile rhetoric from the municipal execution official (Abu Dhar Chaman), who told the citizen: "Go live in Iraq or Saudi Arabia!". This statement directly exposes the systemic racism and institutional contempt directed against the Ahwazi Arab population.
Affirmation of Indigenous Status:
Alahwazi Organization for Human Rights (A.O.H.R) firmly asserts the historic legal reality: The Ahwazi Arab people are the indigenous and native inhabitants of this land. Conversely, the administrative, enforcement, and security personnel deployed by the central authorities, alongside settlers brought in under state-sponsored demographic engineering policies, represent an external apparatus. Attempting to forcibly displace indigenous inhabitants from their ancestral homes constitutes a violation of fundamental international norms.
Violated International Frameworks:
* UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP):
* Articles 10 & 26: Prohibits forced removal or relocation of indigenous peoples from their lands and recognizes their right to ancestral property.
* International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD):
* Articles 2 & 5: Mandates the prohibition of racial discrimination and guarantees the right to housing without distinction.
* International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR):
* Article 11: Guarantees the right to adequate housing and protection against arbitrary forced eviction.
A.O.H.R demands an immediate halt to forced evictions and home demolitions targeting the indigenous Ahwazi population and calls on UN bodies to address demographic engineering in Ahwaz.
